SHIRTS


How do I care for my t-shirt? Good question. We highly suggest washing shirts inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry. This will preserve the print quality. Washing instructions are also located on the inside tag of each shirt so you can always refer there.

Will my t-shirt shrink? Our tees are 100% fine jersey cotton or a poly-cotton blend not pre-shrunk prior to printing. Allow for approximately 4% in shrinkage to shirts.

PAYMENTS/ STORE


What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payments are processed through Paypal.

How secure is your store? The Ivorys online store is very secure. The PayPal site uses industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe.

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, the server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

Do I need a Paypal account to purchase from your store? No you do not need to sign up for a Paypal account before purchasing from The Ivorys. If you already have a Paypal account you may use it.

SHIPPING


How long will it take to get my order? Orders take up to 2-3 business days to process. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

What shipping method do you use to send orders? We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is calculated when you purchase your item(s).

Do you ship internationally? Currently The Ivorys only ship domestically. Hopefully very soon we will be branching out to the 6 remaining Continents.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES


What is your return/exchange policy? If for whatever reason you need to exchange an item, all exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Please send an email to [email protected] within 15 days of receipt for any problems or concerns with your merchandise. US customers are responsible for shipping the item back to The Ivorys for the exchange. Once item has been received we will then complete the exchange process.

Does my personal information stay secure? Yes, your privacy is important to us! The Ivorys will not sell or disclose your name or email address to third parties without your explicit consent, except as specified.The Ivorys reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently.

We use the information you provide about yourself to fulfill your requests for our products, programs, and services, to respond to your inquiries about our offerings, and to offer you other products, programs or services that we believe may be of interest to you.

We use this information to communicate with you, such as to notify you when you have won one of our contests or when we make changes to our subscriber agreements, to fulfill a request by you for an online newsletter, or to contact you.
